@lydia_hudgens: This is my current focus reset routine when I want to write and read more consistently: 1. Morning pages: 3 full pages (no skipping) 2. Writing sprints: word generator + 2 minutes per word (usually 4–6 words) until I fill 2 journal pages 3. Reading sprint: 25 minutes, timer on, no phone I’m rebuilding my reading habit (I read 60 books in 2023 and only 4 last year), and this has been the easiest way to get momentum back. I have to get back into morning pages—this is my sign! But when I first did them, I took it WAY too literally—I didn’t let my foot hit the floor before finishing. So many mornings my pages were filled with “I gotta pee, I gotta pee, I gotta pee.” 22-year-old me was just a silly little guy.
