• 6–8 cloves garlic Season:
• 1 tsp basil
• 1 tsp oregano
• ½ tsp thyme
• ½ tsp rosemary
• 1–2 tsp Calabrian chiles or red pepper flakes Stir in:
• 3 tbsp tomato paste (cook until brick red)
• 3 tbsp flour Deglaze with:
• ½ cup white wine Add + simmer 15–20 mins:
• 28 oz crushed tomatoes
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 1 bay leaf + Parmesan rind (optional) Finish:
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 10–12 oz cheese tortellini
• 2 cups spinach
• 1/2 cup Parmesan Finish with lemon zest or a squeeze of lemon 🍋
