Okay, orange goes incredibly well with chocolate so this could be a success. Marshmallows are okay, and dark chocolate chips in a chocolate chip cookie is just more of the good stuff so this is looking REALLY promising! Sweetened condensed milk as topping? Let's gooo! I get it’s a roll vs a planned for flavor profile. I think orange extract and then the peel would have brought out of flavor. The flavors sound like they’d be really good.
