“Jaw breakers”.. compared to skull crushers, takes some of the stress off the elbow and makes the whole lift feel more stable imo, definitely prefer these especially for early/beginner stage, or even post injury PT. (Remember, less weight, more reps/set. 3-5sets to failure, 1.5-3minutes rest.
