I don’t understand how a cream could correct that. I have taken glucosamine chondroitin tablets for about 6 years. It doesn’t fix but I do have less pain than if I don’t take it. I need to do some research about it before I buy it.

With only one ingredient Voltaren, I believe we do the same thing I use it have needed to have surgery for the last 15 years if you shop for it, there’s another one right next to it only has the one ingredient Voltaren around $12. The other one I got at the dollar store for eight dollars and some change.

i have/had osteochronditious dicakines(if that's the right term), no pain medication (not even oxycontin) ever worked. i've had this knee pain since i was 12, im 16. had knee surgery at 15. i had a knee arthoscopy. it was too extract the built up fluids that were causing the pain for YEARS. doctors all thought my pains were just growing pains. by the time i had surgery my growth plates were in action of closing. but if the fluid built up anymore as well as the more active i got into swimming/sports and lifting the more likely that i'd have my acl or meniscus torn. my knees have cracked and popped since i was 4. no heating pad nor ice pack or icyhot/biofreeze so never worked due to the fact that my pain was so internal. if you continue to have these pains which you've said you've had. i'd rllyyyy rlllyyy look into a knee arthoscopy. i'm not sure if you can get those surgery's every few years if the pain stays (other than the strengthening from PT) but my mom had osteoarthritis in her ankle and she has arthritis in general too but she had an ankle arthroscope. she says she still has pain but that's bc she has arthritis anyways
