do you notice if you gain water retention or weight in your face? this is the reason i have never stuck to a calorie surplus because eating more actually makes me look and feel WORSE. my face gets water retention so bad, i lose my face structure and i look overall puffy so i just accepted the fat that i wont ever be able to bulk for more gains 😔
