Vraiment 1 partie de graines de lin pour deux part d’eau et vous laisser bouillir ça vous fait un gel de lin naturel et incroyable. Que vous pouvez refaire plusieurs fois avec les même graines en plus

Tbh, the day I discovered I didn't had to brush my hair semi wet but could directly do it in the shower while it was fully wet was the day my hair day got so much easier, like that changed my life. I do double shampoo, drench my hair in hair moisturizer, then detangle after i parted it in 4 sections, squeeze the excess, then let it sit before i remove the little buns i did and dry it with my blowdryer. An absolute game changer fr, i got my hair done for the week and the breakage is so minimal
