I've been doing soft boiled eggs for protein and spinach and broccoli for fiber. I haven't mastered the actual ramen though (its either too spicy for baby me, insanely high in sodium, or low flavor (or both). I'll have to tey the Ramyn. I haven't tried that yet!

I add shredded carrots to mine and also crack an egg into it and basically make a poached egg. I like marinated ramen eggs better but I never remember to do it, so poached it is
