I’ve followed you silently for a long time and have enjoyed your content. I was diagnosed with scleroderma a few years back, it’s a life altering disease that drastically affects every aspect of my day to day life, I’m no longer the person I use to be. BUT believe me when I tell you that you CAN normalize anything, the new you will be different but I promise you will create a better of version of yourself in time. This is rough but give yourself grace, time to mourn what you thought your life would be and you will find the strength and endurance to accept this new reality. Be kind to yourself right now but also be selfish, prioritize you, especially your physical and mental health.

I had a stroke when I was 28, recovered well and am back to pretty much how I was, apart from when I get very tired. It’s hard both physically and mentally as it’s a shock, but you will be ok. Sending lots of love x
