The Sal’s Chicken Caviar from Fat Sal’s comes with three chicken fingers plus Caspian Queen caviar and the classic accoutrements of crème fraîche and chives for $59.99. Though it is quite expensive, I LOVED IT. I don’t know who came up with putting caviar on fried chicken, but they were so right for that — it enhances both the flavor and the texture for a great low-end-meets-high-end experience.
