Um. Heart disease doesn’t kill you silently… I’ve seen so many people die from that disease.. They are usually in and out of hospitals for years before their passing

Are we suppose to suspect something else ?. It makes lots of sense. That completely explains her passing out and sleeping for two days.. it causes extreme exhaustion and confusion when blood doesn’t flow to your brain well enough. It’s the silent killer .. ppl can go years with no symptoms til it’s too late. :/
