Even easyier is using a Transmission-Jack, that way you can do it standing up straight underneath the car 👀

If you’re in a pinch set it on a jackstand and use a floor jack to push the control arm up. Be super mindful that the car does not start to come off of the jack stand.

I just use the transmission jack on the 2 post until the car starts to lift on the jacking pads

I usually just greade the surfaces bewteen the bushings and the bar, so after at had been driving for a bit it equalizes

Messure distance before lifting car for repair, after repair disconect swaybar one side.then lift wheel with gearbox Jack to right height and torque bolts. Your welcome
