Welcome to the CNA world. If they hired you on the spot that's number one red flag number 2, they didn't give you a tour show you the clock in or out. Give you a list of the codes to the doors units. They didn't give you a badge orientation. They should have gave you a badge.

Omg noooo , girl i remember when they gave me 15 residents on my first day alone on the floor & mind you i still needed my TB shot to even work on the floor which they never gave me !

Sounds like their HR gets changed every 2 months becuase no employee number or clock in badge is a HR issue. Most of Raleigh nc Facility experiences are like this at least for me.
