@itsmegemc: Surely there is a pep for this? 🤣 fast recovery with sore muscles and to build muscle and tone faster pretty please 🫶 #peptide #backtogym #gymworkout
Cretine&electrolytes are your best friend when going to the gym honest, cretine helps with muscle soreness, electrolytes keep you hydrated🥰

Having a quick simple carb snack 15-30 mins prior to the gym. This was the one thing I learnt with having lower cals from peptides that you still need the fuel. I also have a espresso shot in the car to the gym and locking in

Lean meats for protein (muscle repair) more carbs (plain white rice for muscle growth). Have some rice cakes before you train and a good breaky

Not every day can be a push as hard as possible day, sometimes it's just go through the motions and that's ok.

I take over night oats with Greek yoghurt and I never get sore anymore. I swear by it and I lift to failure and I’m increasing my weights 😊

Nutrition, making sure you are eating plenty of complex carbs, protein and fats 👌🏻 understand that as women our cycle influences what’s best for us and when to take it easier… listen to your body and what she needs. I don’t increase anything on harder days I do what my body can to still move… Pushing through is just going to slow recovery and increase cortisol responses too. Switch up your program day to do different muscle groups if that area isn’t feeling good on that day. Creatine 👍🏻 Magnesium & Zinc 👍🏻 Plenty of quality sleep
