Same, I’ve always had a sweet tooth ✨ and cutting sugar felt like fighting myself every day. I’d remove candy but then overdo bread or “healthy” snacks. My belly stayed swollen and my mood all over the place. I was tired of white-knuckling it. A friend from a women’s forum told me about Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by loren green. I lost 31 lbs, no crazy urges anymore. It’s weird how simple it was.
