Those entities are not sentient. Idk how to explain it but they’re like “brain dead” they only exist to take and sustain themselves by stealing energy and whatnot specially from higher frequency beings like us. They’re not inherently “evil” but they’re not good either and it’s very important to protect ourselves. When this entities get into our realm they’re often mistaken as demons.

Wait- dreams are astral projection. I have been able to control what happens in my dreams since I was a kid. Something always happens in my dreams and I realize that I’m dreaming and then from there I can control where the dream goes. I’ve asked several other people if they can do this and always get strange looks. This is beginning to make sense.

1. Salt under my bed, 2. Smoke cleansing before sleep with specifically frankincense or sambrani dhoop, 3. Call upon Archangel Michael for help. I used to get stuck in dream loops with entity tormenting me, but it stopped when I started doing what I mentioned above. Hope it helps someone! 🪷
