i find if u get the heel bar sitting straight without holding it, then slam it with a 7oz sledge, it comes out (usually). in once piece is another story tho...

Gotta get a pry bar on the other side to make it easier and straighter pull, I used to work on 6.2 L8Ts and that’s how I always done it

Never had one of those come out easy, i used that adjustable ladies foot over the top of the passenger head and pry towards the passenger side fender lifting up on the fuel rail, ive got a special lady foot just for those 👍

Lb7 durmax injector, had to make a special tool that I could put an air hammer on it and air hammer it out took forever.

they make a special tool to get the direct injectors out. i believe lisle makes one but there’s a performance company that makes a tool also i just can’t think of the name at this moment
