I was burnt out with all the medical visits during pregnancy with my T1 diabetes. It was worth it but the medical burn out is real 😅

I love that I see I wasn’t the only person dealing with low sugars it felt so bad being low and when it was high k was scared he came out with sugars below 10 and I went in with high I pray it’s not like that either you but I know my anxiety was worse being pregnant and diabetes

I had to meet with my endocrinologist every week during my pregnancy to make any adjustments. I only met with their dietician once at the beginning. And mfm was every month until they found a SCH and then it was every 2 weeks until 28 weeks

I did this 3 times as a T1D, the later pregnancies do get easier and are not so hectic with appointments because you have a better understanding of what they are 😅
