When my kids were little and we had those huge snow storms in the 90’s my husband was laid off. No cranes were moving. I would use the meatballs from Sunday mash them up with gravy and elbow macaroni and put it on a bun. They thought I was a chef lol. If you have macaroni you can make it a thousand ways. And they had no idea I was being cheep lol. They are all moms and call me how did you make.. I have no idea how I made it I just did.

Chef, as a new cook, it’s hard for me to determine from your recipes how many servings they will make. For instance, this one I’m assuming would make only one sandwich but don’t want to guess and I’m trying to scale it for at least two.
