Nobody on here or in these comments know me. I am tormented everyday with thoughts that never seize. My mind is my biggest enemy. My mind is overrun with voices and negative talk. I wake up and function mentally exhausted and drained. I work full time, school full time, single parent just trying to provide and do good by my son. I feel undeserving of all good. I feel like if you allow good into your life you allow yourself to be vulnerable and open to hurt and disappointment. I want to be strong in my faith and Christ but I doubt. I have a hard time believing what is real and factual vs what’s science and reality. They say heaven is real and a place to be reunited with your loved ones….how do we know it’s real? How do we knows it’s not a belief humans believe because they are scared of death. I just want to be mentally free.
