Yo trabajo, segundo turno y es muy cansado over shift es aun mas, solo son dos empleados haciendo todo lo digo porque ya trabaje ese turno y es muy cansado y estresante, injusto juzgar y despedir sin valorar su empleado y darle otra oportunidad y un relevo para su descanso 😓😓😓😓

I work mcdonalds too i barely get 1 day off a week im a crew and i do get tired of working alot a week but at same time i get it cause of the pay but at same time i dont be caring about the pay when im really tired or when i feel sick and they still rush me or when its busy i hate it and customers or delivery people be rude to us the workers its always too much for the workers 😭😭.

I’m a manager at McDonald’s have been for some time now. The only thing I say is we are just numbers no one cares about the staff as long as we show up. It’s pretty much screw your life screw your family and your kids. Screw any family emergencies just make sure you come to work. Ya know what they say is everyone is replaceable I don’t agree but who am I??? Just another number

at will employment locations are just really awful all they care about is numbers and customers don't even care about the well-being of people who get themselves a job to support themselves and it's really nasty when customers make really nasty insults towards the employees no sympathy or any other standing
