I used to work as a hotel maid. Ive seen some of the nastiest things in hotel rooms. I would never drink from the cups, use the coffee machine…any of that! You’re lucky if the sheets have been changed.

I have a tiny little k cup coffee pot that my husband bought me off Amazon. I travel a lot and take my own coffee pot with me no matter what. I love this thing. It goes with me everywhere I go. I also take my own bed covers. I’m just too old to take chances with the public.

The whole “heath and wellness” industry needs to be heavily regulated more. They tiptoe on the line of practicing medicine with out a license. If the advice they give has anything to do with someone’s physical health there needs to be licensing done.
