Honestly if this barrel was provided by the venue, I’d want them to pay me for the cake that’s completely ruined. Wedding cakes aren’t cheap 😭

Hi bride here, just to shed some light. I got upset because one of my best friends actually made that cake for me. She spent hours on it and put all her money and love into it and to see it crash down absolutely sent me. Second of all those commenting about my husbands shirt being untucked get a grip it’s not that deep. This was very much later on in the day. It was 40degrees that day and we were just enjoying our day! Thank you to all the lovely comments though we definitely made the most out of the situation 🥹❤️

Bride here again! Some of your comments are wild. We had a private intiment wedding on an Airbnb, no vendors completely organised by myself. We had approx 40 people hense the size of the cake. About the attire, it was very late in the day after all the events had finished, it was 40degrees Celsius in Australia that day. People got changed to be comfortable again it was only close family and friends 🙄 not that deep people. As many people cut there cakes on wine barrels we thought we would do the same. As these barrels were property of the Airbnb we moved it into position with no difficulty, it felt steady to begin but clearly not. Harmless funny mistake. Don’t know why people are so pressed about MY wedding 🤦♀️
