torsion spring grippers are far better than any adjustable hand gripper available in the market, they're better for developing maximum crush grip strength, and they require a different skill set to maximize that crush grip, which makes it harder than any adjustable hand gripper, the only adjustable hand gripper that I know of that mimics the action of a torsion spring gripper, is the robert baraban adjustable grip strenthener that you can only find it at cannon powerworks' website, but it's an expensive gripper due to the vast amount of resistance you can adjust, as well as the high quality material it's made out of

what people have always failed to misunderstand is that the traditional spring hand gripper needs to be utilized with the coil facing down so people have always been using it upside down.

Why not flip it over for a pointer bias? And then when you get good just static hold?

Those old grip trainers need to be turned around to achieve pointer finger bias. You turn it around to get both angles.

I’m sorry my forearms are huge just from those alone. I feel you’re trying to make profit , there’s a reason they’re sold to this day. They work regardless

Straight angle? Pick one or the other. Parallel pull, flat pull, is that what you mean?

thank you for saying so. I had the same experience, but the hype of CoC is like a tidal wave. I prefer wringing wet towels and pull ups now

All you do is turn the angled one over and then it gets the first finger

I use them upside down. Makes it harder on the index and middle fingers.

Farmer carries with dumbbells for grip strength plus core. Dumbbells are harder than kettlebells with the same weight, you have to stabilize the dumbbell weight, kettlebell weight is all at the bottom.

if you had to guess, what is the max weight? I'm not a very big guy but I do take pride in my grip strength, I've bought several trainers and maxed them out and now find them to some degree, useless or at least not improving. I do like the build of this pulling straight back
