It’s cheaper than paying rent and utilities actually and you get a housekeeper

Hotel lifer here. We love these extended stays too. Keeps our occupancy up and less work for the staff. Also….not to mention a pool, gym, sometimes free food…all included.

Where I live, my landlord purchased an old hotel and created studio apartments out of the rooms and I pay 800 a month with all utilities included. I feel like there’s lots of old hotels around the US that this could be done with.
