As a store manager, I’d love for every tmobile employee to email the CEO and files complaints about T-life. As he said, it’s supposed to be faster, but actually is taking longer and causing more problems and delays. I’ve said it since they first announced it that they are doing this to try to cut down stores and sales representatives. They’re taking away our jobs!

It depends what state you live in and if it’s corporate or 3rd party…they’re goal is to only have experience store by next year, which is going to cut more than 50% sales men and women’s jobs. People have to come together and share our experiences. We have been have 1-2 hour waits ever since we had the app in my store. A lot of us don’t get to take lunch breaks or leave during the store operating hours….we’re working more for less commission cuz they cut a lot of our spiffs due to the app.

I agree with the t-life stuff but dude is commenting on the pay that T-Mobile provides when T-Mobile isn't even the one cutting his check. he says in the video he works for a 3rd party so the company that owns that store is paying you that not T-Mobile I live in a small town and make 17.50 plus commission plus key Holder bonus plus I get employee stock grants every year that I can cash out and we have great benefits. sounds like you need to go to a corporate store.

I wanna say the hourly wage with commission can be anywhere from 25 to 45 an hour depending on how well you sell… on average you can make anywhere from 3000 to 5000 a month total
