I thought exactly the same for 12 years. Then Jesus changed my life. After struggling with it for 12 years, my partner prayed with me. The following night, I had a dream in which I saw a radiant figure full of light. I couldn't see the face, but I heard these words: "Last night was the last night this demon tormented you." I believe it was Jesus, or an angel sent by Him. That was five years ago, and I have never experienced sleep paralysis again. I didn't make any major changes to my diet, lifestyle, or routine, the only thing that changed was that night. I know everyone has different experiences, and I'm simply sharing my testimony in the hope that it brings encouragement to someone who is struggling. God bless you. Try praying 😊🤍
