How can I find a therapist proficient in coherence therapy? I lowkey wish you could be my therapist. I currently has a therapist but our discussions seem surface level compared to your approach

Could you make a video about shame in more depth and how to apply coherence therapy to eliminate it?

I’ve taken the intro course to coherence therapy training & the concepts make sense! But I can NOT figure out how assist clients in experientially accessing schemas! Ordered the training manual but would love to hear your thoughts

Thank you for this- the thing I struggle with most now is the bit at the end. I can’t imagine saying those thoughts to people who supposedly love me because of shame but equally I think my shame is so strong it won’t let me believe the truth, if that makes sense? I feel like I haven’t had enough “?corrective” experiences but I also don’t let them in/believe them

Could you make a video on why some people dont like to be perceived? Is it closer related to shame or anxiety? And how do one overcome it?

That sounds great! I would like to hear more examples and how you work with clients who have had more negative experiences with other people in their lives. And if at the moment they have no experience of complete acceptance from other loved ones or have no loved ones at all. It seems to me that in such cases you need to work with this differently, and I would like to know how.

That's amazing. Do you think we could try doing these thought experiments by ourselves?
I'd love to try coherence therapy but can't find anything on it in Croatia/Serbia/Bosnia...

This is so brilliant. I’m curious about something. How would you “create an experience” for yourself if the external world has historically facilitated a believe vs the man’s experience of his family feeling shocked? Example: let’s say the core belief is, “I’m not competent enough to hold a job,” and let’s say the person has exhausted themselves looking for a job and they keep getting rejected. A rational perspective would be: the job market is terrible, but—if the world is MIRRORING the person’s distorted belief, how do you create an experience that doesn’t feel like a lie? I’d imagine there’d also be a ton of resistance in a scenario like that.
