exactly, as a black straight atheist man, who love black women but knowing black women are the backbone of Christianity in America...they are the major group who keep Christianity going.... When I tell them I believe in science, evolution theory, and don't believe in deities, gods, spirits, souls, ghost, demons, devil, heaven, hell, afterlife or any supernatural creatures or places or things...like destiny, karma, magic, luck, purpose, .... They say they can't date any man who do not believe in Jesus and the Christian god... or who don't prey...

I don’t think there’s any real problem with her question. To be fair there are people who believe in some God who also claim to be ‘not religious’. That’s just a matter of practice though. Plenty of people I’ve met have said they’re not religious, but if you ask if they believe in a sort of God they might say yes. Maybe that’s why she had to ask that question. It’s better to put atheist in your bio instead; that’s a clearer message if that’s what you actually mean. Atheism isn’t a matter of practice or non practice but non belief.
