@brooketneely: Good morning from Jetty B 🥹❤️ One of our nurses in the early days at the NICU told me that red light promotes relaxation and can actually help babies sleep, as opposed to a white or blue light. It also makes diaper changes easier in the night, because mama can see what she’s doing without having to turn on a bright ceiling light or phone flashlight on! I’m convinced it works. Our Jetty sleeps about 8-10 hours straight a night with his red light, a stretchy swaddle blanket and some white noise/ocean sounds. Our room is very zen having this boy in his bassinet beside us ✌🏼 I’m sharing this because we didn’t use red light with our first son, who is now 2 years old and STILL wakes up in the night…🫠🥲 #medicalmama #moebiussyndrome #moebiussyndromeawareness #boymama #redlighttherapy
