I’ve tried Saju 3 times and seen a shaman 3 times too. Most people find them through word of mouth. The well-known shamans usually have about a 1-year waitlist. You can usually book by text.

The best shamans are hidden and want no publicity. The ones on the show are booked out a year+ already. I’m conversational in Korean so I had to bring my cousin to translate. The only reason the shaman allowed it was because she sees that shaman as well. You might have to find a translator and ask the shaman beforehand if that’s OK but most shamans don’t like to do it because they move and speak so fast it’s hard to keep up with translation. It also doesn’t translate correctly in some aspects.

I was gonna do it in korea but it’s not easy to find it in the big city because my korean friend told me a good one usually based on mouth to mouth and also usually they more in country side also I think they prefer in person appointments because they wanna see ur energy in addition I think they open to foreigners but it the language barrier might be challenging to communicate with them my best advice bring translator with you or a friend who speaks korea to translate it to u.

In korea you need to understand Korean or they’ll turn you away tbh it’s happened even to half Koreans but they looked like foreigners

This is not helpful but I grew up in NJ and I have a memory when I was 12 or so of my mom taking us to a mudangs house in either central Jersey or PA and it was very legit and I think my mom found out through word of mouth. I’m sure there’s more out here in America as well!

There are some that do the over zoom. You just have to look through them and see some videos. Sometime it’s better to go in person other times it’s okay to do online. Just see about there vibes for you first not the other way around. 💜💜💜
