@itseveyevev: 1. I’m still working on getting rid of my scarcity mindset. I grew up in a household where “saving” was not only the right choice, but the only choice. Even with no debt and savings, I often still feel guilty about spending money on myself. 2. I am an excessive planner. I struggle to start and complete tasks without a plan in mind, which leads me to an unhealthy cycle of being overwhelmed, not being able to start because I haven’t had time to “plan” it out, then feeling sh*tty about myself about not being able to get things done. 3. I have lots of social anxiety. While I may seem extroverted and outgoing, I still get nervous about meeting new people and feeling scared like I won’t be liked. My biggest insecurity is that I can never keep up with latest pop culture trends - like music, movies, even news (something I never grew up talking about in my family) - and that common points of “easy conversation” still feel daunting. 4. My brain refuses to stop thinking about “what’s next”. I am in a constant state of wanting to improve and go for more, but am slowly learning to enjoy the present, simply follow my curiosity and take life one step at a time (a quality I so admire about my partner) 5.
