@charleybournetruecrime: The shocking case of Andre Lee Thomas 💔 In 2004, Andre broke into the home of his estranged wife Laura Boren, where she was staying with her 4 year old child and infant daughter, in Sherman, Texas. This crime case is hugely controversial as people debate whether or not he is even sane enough to be sentenced #truecrimetok #truecrime #crimetiktok #crimetok crime story true crime storytime

I genuinely believe mental health facilities that turn people away when they need help should be held responsible for what happens next. he needed help. this was preventable. that place should be sued.

He tried so hard to get help. To be a better person. Grew up in an abusive environment. Responsibility should be held against mental health facilities, especially the ones who refused to help him, as well as that one psychiatrist. Imagine he got the help he needed, it wouldn’t be perfect but he would be better. He does not deserve a death sentence when he tried and tried again and again to get help for himself.

It’s always the case when a black person shows symptoms of mental illness instead of getting help the American ‘system’ always denies them and isn’t say they are lying or exaggerating, however when a white person with not mental history commits a gruesome crime the very same ‘system’ suddenly defends the white person even gets him acquitted of all charges 🙄😏😏

He committed a crime he deserves punishment but he also needs mental help. His health was ignored multiple times in his early years he witnessed violence which would affect his mental state already. and his mental health would have further escalated these issues and in the end his life broke down and he committed a crime. not everything can be pinned on his fault, he was ignored by health specialists

he had so many signs, he asked for help multiple times until the illness took over completely. mental health is no joke, there needs to be more support. rip to the victims :(
