The day I was humbled was the day I said “I don’t eat a lot” and then I added up my calories. After that I realized that I still don’t eat a lot but I do eat a lot of calories 😂

I don't talk to anyone or tell anyone I'm losing weight because of the amount of times it ends in them being mad at me for telling them their body is not the greatest scientific anomally of human history for breaking the law of thermodynamics and that they're just not in a deficit.

Dont starve yourself! Try the Macrify app. It’s a calorie tracker that tells you how much you should eat and your deficit throughout the day as you move around! Was a game changer, and I realized I was eating sooo much more than I thought.
