What helps me is, just truly not giving gaf….as harsh as it sounds. 😂 them dishes piling up? Oh well, they’ll get done tomorrow. Tired? I’m calling off and sleeping while the kids are at school. check your iron, vitamin D and other nutrients levels. if you can outsource one task, just 1. pick the most affordable. You can't do it all and have it all together, you're 1 person. sometimes other moms just don't show their struggles.

Girl we tired too- what you mean 😂. We do the same thing you doing. Cry it out alone in the bathroom and than keep it moving. But rest- oh bay on Saturdays I RESTTTTTTT. Figure out a schedule where u can just sit and do nothing for a few hours. My 3 daughters know on Saturdays mommy ain’t leaving the house.
