@brendaantonn: My favorite story will always be the one about me not giving up If you’re new here hi, I’m Brenda 🤍 and I’ve been on a journey of self-growth for the past five years & It all started in the gym. Not to be perfect, but to be better than who I was yesterday and more importantly to break old patterns. Little did I know how much the gym would completely change my life, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It reshaped the relationship I had with myself. It truly taught me how to dream bigger. It showed me that no goal is ever too big when you’re willing to show up with effort and consistency. Two years ago, I stepped into an entirely new chapter moving out of my hometown to Florida, completely on my own. A decision i made that came from my intuition but also from me choosing myself. Through that chapter, I built confidence, self-belief, and true independence. I learned how to trust my intuition, make decisions for me, and truly prioritize my own happiness I’ve been able to build a beautiful life because, five years ago, I made a promise to myself that I was meant for more and I didn’t let go of that belief I’m still navigating my 20s, still growing, still evolving, and still learning every single day.
