Seeing safety wire pliers makes me made bc the specific job I have has no space for use of them, so we have to do them all by hand

Twist per inch is very inconsistent. Avoid hand twisting almost at all if you can get your s/w pliers in there to get you a consistent 10ish twists per inch. Pig tail is also loose around the bolt head again also due to your hand twisting not being able to pull it together tight enough. Keep practicing though you’ll get it.
