Mine come out balanced however it only comes out for about 5-10seconds !? Even if I press the button for 2 cups and use the larger dual wall. I have the sage bambino plus and am using pre-ground (espresso) beans

Every shot I pull is sour. I’ve tried multiple beans and multiple grind sizes using the Sage grinder. I love the milk frother, but I can’t get an espresso shot that tastes good. 18g of coffee pours around 10-12 seconds and stops around 25-30. I have the Bambino Plus. :(

Bottomless portafilter wants to spray. I know the grind is as fine as can be. I think I’m tamping evenly but don’t have a calibrated tamp. No distribution tool though, so could that be it?
