The boy was released from the hospital with a concussion. He’s alive and aside from the concussion he’s physically ok. Thank goodness. That could have been SO much worse. I’ve seen kods fall from a similar height and nearly die and become permanently disabled. It was very sad.

A waiver only works if you were hurt under normal conditions that are basically your own fault. This is faulty equipment and/or the employee didn’t hook them up correctly but that will NOT protect the establishment.

My sons leg went through trampoline and his thigh was sliced by a metal piece. He was 17 and since I signed the waiver we couldn’t pursue anything w urban air trampoline park. I rode in ambulance w him. Required stitches and not even a refund for our day or compensation of hospital bills.

These places have waivers that remove all responsibility on their end, even for malfunctioning equipment. Zero rights. Many deaths and life-changing injuries never get compensation.
