This isn’t rosacea. It’s Keeatosis Polaris and I have the exact same color and shape on my face. Got it when I was age 40! IPL doesn’t work. I cover it using eborian cc red corrector and will try V Beam laser but I’ve tried everything on the planet and it hasn’t made a difference 😳
