He’s going to learn and grow so so much! As an educator my kiddos are my whole world and I only hope I make as much of an impact on their little lives as much as they make on mine ❤️He’ll build some wonderful relationships with his educators 🤍

Silent follower here! Good for you putting yourself first! I’ve just had to start my 13 month old at daycare (although I’m also an educator there so it’s a bit easier cause she’s in the same building). Good for them to make other attachments with educators but keep in mind Arlo won’t learn the things you listed until he’s around 3 or 4! Kids only parallel play and not actually interact/share/play with other children for the first few years, just don’t want your expectations to be too high 🩷 xx

I’ve always been curious; and please don’t take offence because I’m genuinely just interested, do they have daycare specifically for Blind/Deaf Bubs and kids? Sort of like how they schools for the blind? Or is it just a regular daycare, could you talk more about this? How Arlos care may differ? Like 1 on 1 care? Do they have Blind accessible toys?

So proud of you. I always think my motherhood journey is so hard and then I see mums like you who have such challenges every day, wishing you and Arlo all the best on his new daycare journey - if my kids ever have a child in their class with additional needs, they will be taught to treat them with the inclusiveness/respect and love they deserve.
