Based on TN law, for a tow from a commercial lot or other property open to the public based on posted notice, the sign must be clearly visible/readable, be posted at each designated entrance and exit, and include the name and phone number of the garagekeeper authorized to tow, PLUS the cost to retrieve the vehicle.
