same thing that's happening to students getting their writing flagged as AI because their grammar is too good. i have a friend who does pet portraits, and she's started posting videos of herself painting them bc ppl thought they were AI.

I recently saw an artist who draws amazing sailor moon fanart. they were banned from a FB group for their art being AI. it wasn't AI though. they gave proof that they made the art themselves. it's wild and gross that it's come to this. people thinking real art is AI because it's so good then simultaneously think AI art is real.

As a writer, yes, this absolutely happening lol. Everyone keeps cycling through phrases that are “AI tells,” and they’re just things that humans use…because AI steals from human writing…
