? im sure you have friends and family, drinking isnt the only thing to do with people. Go to the zoo, wrestling match, paintball shooting, expos to things you like, be a foodie, beach, park, go to a café that has little events and so on ... there are other things, but people like to connect.

you’re so right but there’s a balance! Sometimes being less aware can be more ideal in certain situations. I notice being more mindful in certain circumstances has backfired at times, but overthinking can be so powerful too.

Thank you for sharing this ❤️I am very much in the same boat. I have had similar experiences with the not drinking, but people tend to respect the decision. Being newly single after a long relationship, the idea of dating apps or getting out to a bar/club to find a meaningful connection just sounds… awful 😂 hard plus one on the intellectual stimulation. there has to be a better way ❤️✨🔥
