I didn't get sh!t when I left care lol. had my first child aged 19 in a flat I had to decorate myself with a £130 voucher from the housing 😂

The amount of people saying were just getting free money has no idea what being a care leaver is like don’t speak on paths of life u couldn’t imagine walking we have to go through a lot to even get your permanent tenancy ,amongst many other things

If you have any local charity shops that sell furniture they're always a good point of call when starting out! I had to start fresh a few years ago and my local hospice had a furniture shop and I got loads from there and it was only £5 delivery! Hope you're doing okay❤️
