@ampollo: The benefits of: UNEVEN LOADING ✍️✨ So much of postpartum life – especially caregiving – involves one-sided movements which over time can lead to imbalances, pain, and even injury. While single side exercises are an option, you can also experiment with uneven loading. For a squat, this might look like switching from 2 dumbbells to 1 dumbbell, from a high grip to a mixed grip, or from the same weights to different weights. For upper body, this might look like incorporating an isometric hold on one side while moving the other. Both sides are working but the emphasis is shifting, just as it does with caregiving.
