If you’re that deep into it, just change the relays the fuse box in my F250 has unservable relays. Some guys put an out side relay for the fuel. I just took the fuse box out and sent it to a guy and had all my relays replaced. Can you purchase those relays?

I bypassed that relay in my 2002 excursion. Sniped the brown/black (I think) and haven’t had an issue since.
