If you part in middle and pull it forward the back won’t be cut right. Take it to the salon and have a professional do it for you. That’s what I’m going to do and I even went to cosmetology school but that was a long time ago.

I love how much more tapered this turned out than some of the other chops I've seen! 😍 Especially the way you softened it by cutting those random heavier pieces in the first half. It made such a difference. I haven’t done an extreme chop yet 😅 but one of my little mental hang-ups is that I don’t love super blunt, thick ends (with a few style-dependent exceptions, of course). I’m usually drawn to styles that taper in that last third of the length and feel lighter and more lived-in. Blunt can absolutely be beautiful, but on me I typically prefer that soft, feathered finish most of the time. Watching what you did honestly inspired me to finally try it and refine my “intentionally imperfect” cutting method 😂✂️And I have to say… it looks SO much cuter after you cut it. Great choice! 💅🏼✨
