I firmly believe that those who own passports....and actual travel to other Countries (and not just in a limited "tourist trap" mindset way) are actually in a better position to say whether, and where, people are racist, or not: On the individual basis, or as collectives. Too many people have never left their village/Town/Borough/County/City/Regions/State/Country/Nation....nor Continent. And yet, are seemingly "experts" on what other cultures and collectives are.

The way Koreans mobilized and fight against tyranny of government is commendable and deserves to be recognized and praised! To be judge and jury about Twitter gate is wild. Because of some idiots in Twitter and some of them not even being Korean has been blown way out of proportion! Why don't we talk about the disgusting behaviour of SEAs and free-for-all on innocent people in line? Racism is wrong but one can't paint with a broad stroke and say a whole nation is racist. it's ridiculous. Some Korean influencers are pandering to stay likeable online and retain followers. Are you one of those?

people who generalize koreans as racist are BRAINWASHED. that simple. I, a non-korean, lived in korea and have the opinions of other non-koreans (including my best friend from Myanmar) that koreans are less racist than most places in the world. yes, its true. its also true some koreans (mostly older folk) are racist, but koreans are still less racist than people of my home, the USA, unfortunately.
