Can confirm, my niece has this and it’s phenomenal. I’m on the approved phone numbers and it’s a literal house phone. Also a super cute way for us to communicate!

As a teacher, this is SO needed. Whatever the parents have done with the generation of kids I teach has made them unmotivated, helpless, impossible to entertain much less teach, and overall just not pleasant to be around for too long. 🫠

As someone who regularly gets calls from a 5 and 7-year-old from this exact phone, I can attest that it’s does not work well. Call drops. Audio drops out randomly. Calls don’t go through. Dial again. But I will say…. it does teach the children early that technology is frustrating and to keep trying, keep repeating yourself. However as a grown adult woman, it enrages me. Never did a landline from my childhood drop like this.

We just got one and LOVE IT. It’s hysterical watching them learn how to dial and memorize numbers. A group of us moms agreed to buy these for our girls and not give into the cell phone requests. You also have to approve all numbers and can see who calls them. Also with not having an actual landline in the house, I was always worried about how they’d call 911 in an emergency, this can also call 911 and they will already have the address. It’s a win win all around!
